Do they help??? Do you keep one??? I have hit sort of a pleateu and I was told that if I start to keep a food diary I would see that there are things that I am still eating that I could cut out or cut down. It just seems...

MrsBuckeye I have a spiral notebook that I purchased on Ebay a while back .... has spots for a pic when I started my new lifestyle ... weight loss/gain, calories used, fat grams used that meal/day ... spot for the food I eat and how much as well as what type and how much...

MrsBuckeye Just putting this out there again to see if anyone else will respond. I've lost 25 lbs so far and I know I couldn't have done it had it not been for GSK/Alli !! Sher
