Bad dreams are affecting my daily living.. HELP!!!!

I have been having very vivid nightmares for a week or two now. I do not have bad thoughts when I go to sleep, and I generally do not have bad thoughts or fears during a normal day. Even though I am sleeping I am not getting any...
