savypat We see one every once in a while, they are a very beautiful bird. We have scrub jays who act the same but are not as flashy. They are enjoyable to watch also.

BarBaraPrz Yes, we have bluejays here, and I don't think I've ever seen one that didn't look "not happy". They make a lot of noise, too. But I agree that they are a pretty shade of blue.

ElicBxn We have blue jays around here. I think they are really pretty, but they aren't the nicest birds. They are known to dive bomb outside cats, so I don't feel too bad if one gets caught by a cat.

Heather Echola Yes, we have blue jays and they are noisy guys. They do stay around even when many other birds leave. I have beautiful feathers and I have heard that it is good luck to find one of their feathers in your garden.

macdingolinger We do have blue jays here. But we also have blue birds. When I lived in Lousiana we had lots of blue birds but here we don't have as many of those. But the blue jays are plentiful. I haven't seen any this season yet though.
