Is it wrong to break your marriage off with your HIV infected spouse?

My sister's husband cheated on her with a positute and contracted HIV. He later unknowingly gave the virus to my sister. They have been married for 15 years and she is not sure if she should leave him or not. What should she do?

NeiyaRG Everyone will go through issues in their marriage, some serious and others not so much. Cheating on your spouse is serious enough and to add HIV. I think she has to look at the marriage to determine whether she should leave or not. This is quite unfortunate...
