What time do you usually go to bed and how long do it take you to get to sleep? It takes me what I FEEL is a very very long period of time to get to sleep. I have always had trouble getting to sleep and pills do not really help...

What time do you usually go to bed and how long do it take you to get to sleep? It takes me what I FEEL is a very very long period of time to get to sleep. I have always had trouble getting to sleep and pills do not really help...

Noxmorexlies That makes sense and its true it is annoying to have to go to bed when you are not tired because you end up really just laying in bed awake.

Noxmorexlies I am always sick, it is so frustrating have to deal with a cold, asthma, back pain. Having bad insurance does not help, it seems without money nothing can be done and that's too bad. I hope your health gets better, dealing with asthma and going to the doctors...

Do you drink tea or coffee at all, and which do you prefer more? I am more of a tea person I drink black tea with milk. Unless it is Ice coffee than that is a whole other story! Do you like tea, or coffee better?
