midnight. can't sleep

sleeping is a prospective which is need for our body to rest all organ inside. but I can't sleep tonight. what should I do friend? give your comments below okay ?? ....

NurulDya Just think something hard, or think about ur problem today before go to bed, u will feel tired and so on u can sleep well cause u think about something hard, it make ur energy go down.
