OpinionatedLady I have never used the lavender on meat, I will have to try it. I usually make a few jars of lavender sugar with fresh flowers and use it to make pound cakes and sugar cookies. I like the lightly floral taste it gives to the baked goods.

OpinionatedLady lol I had a similar experience with cream in my coffee. I had been buying the low fat stuff for so long and then I began making my own, still low fat but oh how much better.
