What pressure is considered high blood pressure? What's low blood pressure? What are some effects of high blood pressure and low blood pressure? Any symptoms?

Pautang Im suffering from this for almost 4years it makes me feel very bad,i cant go anywhere when i feel dizzy and headache and many sympthoms of highblood pressure,it cause me to palpitate,
