Weight loss goal

OK I've set a gold for myself. I'm not that overweigt, but it wouldn't hurt to lose a little fat :) I've calculated that if I just lose 10kg (~20 pounds) then I'll be on my ideal weight. That ought to be possible didn't it? THat's...

Wow, according to Alexa rating PirateBay is among the top 10 most visited sites online. THat's pretty amazing - I know the sites was popular but aming the top 10 for a torrent tracker site - nicely done :)

Do you use torrents? What's your favourite tracker site and what program do you use to download the torrents? I only use the standard appliation, but I'm sure there's a better one out there.

I'm sitting here will a bowl of mini Mars, Twix, Snickers and Bounty next to me, and I'm really just getting out of control :D It seems that the more I eat the more I want. DOes this ever happen when you eat something?
