I want to quit eating fast food

I already gained two inches in my waist and I have already gained weight because of eating fast food. I admit it's not very easy to quit because these fast food joints are all over the place and they taste good that it is so hard...

Do you scar or enjoy to jump into the water?

Hi friends, That is a great fun to jump into the water and specially when it is summer.But many people do scar even to go near the water reservoir. What about you?
