PremoNations i think it is the same and it is alarming because Hong Kong seems to be the favorite starting point which is a tourist destination.

sitting after meal = fat belly (true or false)

to my understanding digestion takes several hours, and food can fully absorb by the body after 3hrs it was eaten. so, how come there is this notion that sitting after meal will result to such fat belly theory. is it true?

PremoNations yeap, its possible. just make sure you have slow reacting yeast... do the math, after 8-10 hr; WALLA! your bread is much more delicious than fast fermented breads
