wondericequeen I love soya milk too! I have it handy in the fridge because sometimes when I am dead hungry and not sure what to eat, I will have some soya milk first, at least to calm my nerves down LOL.

wondericequeen Yes, I think it really helped me to relieve my pressure due to stress after I have some spicy food. I don't know why, but I feel so much more relaxed and calm afterwards.
