What is the ONE thing that matters most in a successful relationship? And while we are at it, what is the one thing that can start a relationship but must lead to doom?

Going to college later in life.

I am just looking to start cellege at 27 and feel discouraged by the time lost. But also excited about my newfound goal. Is starting late a big disadvantage?
