Raven1 BE very careful with Content Current. I reviewed their site on my blog and I received several comments from readers telling me they don't get paid. I would research this company carefully before you think about going with them.

Raven1 I forgot to add - when it's time to go shopping to fill up your freezer again, buy LESS pre-packaged foods. Learn to cook some tasty recipes yourself. The ingredients are much cheaper than pre-packaged foods, so you'll be saving plenty.

Raven1 Some people can't digest red meat (I"m one of them), so for me I have to find alternative protein sources from vegetables, tofu, nuts or eggs simply because I can't eat meat without becoming quite ill.

Raven1 Insurance on the property plus taxes are more than covered by the profit generated by the rental income paid by the tenants, so I still make more than enough profit to make this purchase worthwhile :)

Raven1 So far it's going very well. The house isn't perfect and yes it needs some work, but the tenants are happy there and they haven't missed a payment yet. I'm happy with that :)
