redviolet It's just a matter of disciplining yourself. If your method doesn't work, you should try something new. It really takes sometime but after seeing the result, it's all worth your effort. Exercise really will help a lot along with your diet. It worked for me....

redviolet You should not choose between your mom and dad. Just explain it to your sister that you must love both your mom and dad equally. I'm sure your parents love you both also, and they'd be saddened if one of them found out you chose one over another.

redviolet For me, I'll just walk out because it's not good to smell such an odorous fart. Then I'd tell him he should excuse himself when he feels like farting and go somewhere where nobody could smell or hear him fart.

redviolet I prefer drinking coffee with creamer over milk because I love the taste and smell of it. I always drink coffee before or during breakfast and in the afternoon.
