please help! i have a sleeping problem. how many hours should one sleep? i don't think 8-hours of sleep would be good for me because i have too much activities during my wake up time. I work at night, so i don't really have normal...

Rize_rize the scotish shower is cold water combined with hot water;let's say ,after u're done with the practical aspects of the shower...:P...u just enjoy 3minutes of Hot water,two minutes of cold water...of course,as cold and as hot as u can support... a lime tea it's...
