rebel_woman06 So it's just still early there in France . What time do you usually take your breakfast ? I take mine at 6:30 a.m. During weekends it's light breakfast for me too, because i would just be at home . I eat heavy for lunch then .

Oshy I make sure to walk always. I do not have a car and do not want one. It is good exercise for me. I try to watch my diet and have cut out sugar. I do have a few health related issues but in general am fortunate. Good you watch your health Simply.
