As every Indian, i also admire Mahatma Gandhiji. The advices of gandhiji was really great at. But i really feels hard to follow his path like saying truth, non-violence and much more. Any body in this mylot really follows...

SANJ1974 running speed is 10 min per km for better result walk with this speed one hour u get a better result you should walk regularly witout gap and stop taking sugar
