How much sleep is too much sleep?

Many seem to need little sleep to get by and don't complain much about being tired. However, some seem to need so much sleep there is not much time to accomplish things beyond work and sleep. Research shows one can get too...

Ila I need 7-8 hours sound sleep. .if it gets disturbed, I can't function well the next day even after 8-9 hours' rest..... more than 9 hours' sound sleep is too much according to me.
