How do you end the phone call with telemarketers?

Some people feel intimidated by sales rep's or fund raisers who call by phone and they just... won't... go... away. I have heard of ways to get them off the phone, but would like to hear from mylotters about how you handle this...

SPECKPB I usually never even began it. I rarely receive calls from telemarketers on my phone, and if I do, I will see it on the caller ID and let the answering machine handle my dirty work.
