SammiL Emotional problems......wouldn't a better way to put the question who doesn't have emotional problems!!! I personally have suffered from depression on and off since i was 14 years old.....its kinda funny really as they have tried a whole pharmacy of drugs on...

SammiL Wnt to see New Skin the other week. They are a melbourne band and they are brilliant!! They have an awesome sound - "unfaithful departed" is one of the best rock ballads i have ever heard!!

no matter how early i go to bed,I still have to wait for 3-4 hours then I'll go into a not-so-deep sleep.do u have the same problem?what your solution?

SammiL I have been struggling with the same thing for as long as i can remember! It's such a relief that its just not me so thanx!!! I've found that keeping a journal to empty your head of thoughts before you go to bed helps, sometimes though you will find you will...

SammiL hmmmm i'm going to be greedy and say both.....they may have different meanings but it is sometimes hard to have one without the other...if your partner loves you but doesn't need you then your in trouble there...however if they need you but don't love...
