So why does Google not recognise your IP address to stop you pressing continually on your friends site ads or even the same ad on multiple sites. Surely once you have seen the ad then you should not pay that persons ad...

Hmm i just checked out the google adsense ... BTW do we need to have a registered website or can a yahoo homepage also work over there ?? M not so freak abt this stuff but i do have my frnds Url ... i was wondering if i can use that for my purpose ??

Hmmm .... if you wanna keep fit and in good shape then Yoga can be effective but if you reeally wanna be a muscular guy then you need to stress it out in the Gym ... I agree with this fact !!

Carrying out some weight for the Body fitness may cause a strain or may be muscle pull .... Plus its only for the Body and your mind isn't refreshed at all .... so i suggest you to have a go at the Yoga classes and check out if it is efficient for your needs...

I think Yoga has more advantages over Gym ... Gym is only good for the Body but for the Mind to be in the Best shape u need some Meditation ... which is one of the lessons in yoga !! I must advice you that you must also try out Yoga for some of the better...

Dude i think you need 2 carry out some exercise done ..... Being in good shape in the best n simple way to live life ... so i think you must start your workouts soons ... n God if u happen 2 explode then plzzz make sure you are in your home ... :-))

Yoga is the best ... This is what i have now started feeling too..... Been in the GYM for abt 6 months now ... n i do see the results ... but for the mind i think u need to have some of yoga lessons done
