It is best to consume fruits atleast half hour before eating. I recently stopped eating right after food. Eating fruits that way has helped purify the system. What about you? I'd love to know your experience with eating fruits :)

How many of you like to look at the sky while walking? I remember it was fun to do it when I was a child and nobody bothered but after growing up people find it weird. I wish people enjoy the simple things of life :)
