I know how important sports are for health so I make sure to do at least twice a week running / walking and strength training but I do not know which is better running or walking??

Ny It's an idea but I thought maybe there's also an option not to restrict it as if there might be some app that blocks such things and then I can let it surf freely He is 10 years old
