I started a similar thread that went nowhere, so thought perhaps I could reword it. This is a topic I'm interested in. If someone blogs about controversial subjects, goes to other blogs and forums and posts, engages in flame...

If you're talking about the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, that is to protect citizens from government censorship.

That's a great way of looking at it. Sort of a "pass it on" philosophy. Too bad everyone didn't do it.

Does anyone here watch those court TV shows like Judge Judy, The People's Court and Judge Joe Brown? I do quite often and find them so interesting at times. It never amazes me how silly people will be with their money and credit....

I read an article once and the guy said they told him to plead not guilty to make it more interesting and that a lot of it was sort of staged or creatively edited. He said he knew he owed the money, he just didn't have it, but they wanted to make it seem like...

Do you know someone who never seems to be able to stay "normal" for very long? They are in frequent conflicts with neighbors, teachers, family members and even complete strangers? It's possible it's not their fault. Both high...

Do you know someone who enjoys watching or inflicting pain on small animals? Maybe he thinks it's funny to shoot a cat with pellets and watch it writhe in agony? He films herself or others setting traps to maim and inflict pain on...

I was with my son in a waiting room one time and to say this kid was "difficult" is an understatement. He's just a royal PIA, but always loved animals and babies (he tried to jump in the lake one time to rescue a 3-legged frog). I was "comparing notes" with...
