I sometimes get really sensitive skin, painful to touch, even very lightly. From research it seems to possibly be mechanical allodynia but as it is difficult to monitor/see my doctor doesn't believe me. Anyone else had a similar...

Augusta Check what you eat, the soap you use and the cream or lotion. There is something your skin is allergic to, even some medicine have side effect. Take care of your skin
