SketcherD I missed my family a lot as well. I couldn't believe that I would miss them as much as I did. While I was away I took over 2000 pictures and videos of my trip. It took up 3.5Gbs of space on a DVD!! It was great fun I can tell you.

SketcherD Florida is a beautiful place to be as well. I have been there a couple of times myself. But I must say for a warm place to be on this continent in January, Arizona is the place to go.

SketcherD Charlie Horses are leg cramps that occur because of lack of potassium in ones diet. They can be averted by eating foods high in potassium such as: bananas, broccoli, brussels sprouts, endives and romaine lettuce. I hope this helps.
