SoloDee Have you ever heard of people being sleep after eating turkey dinner at Christmas? This is because there is melatonin in turkey. If a small dose of melatonin in turkey can make someone drowsy, imagine the effects of concentrated melatonin in a pill or liquid...

Is there anything that can Guarantee to keep your friends forever

I would like to know what can guarantee a forever friendship. Sometimes you've already given the best in you to keep your friends. But, do some really meant to leave. Though you choose to fight for them to win them to keep them....

SoloDee A true friend does not make you fight for them, make you try to win them over, or even give up on you. A forever friendship comes but once in a lifetime. There IS such a thing. When you have a forever friendship, you are happy that you even know this person....
