I didn't use to believe in PMS. (pre-menstrual syndrome) I thought it was just a lame excuse for being a snotty b*tch. The older I get the more I can see a relationship between my moods and state of mind at the same time each...

Stacey0475 I also was a non-believer in the PMS myth until recently. I am now 32 and have began to notice a pattern in the depressive moods, the abrupt mood changes, etc. I was also diagnosed with Depression recently, but had to do a med change to help with the PMDD...
