Start_Here This is realy a great question. But I don't think that we use mediation much in our daily life. Probably, because we are involoved so much in other wordly things that we really don't get any time for meditation.

Start_Here This is little contradicting, mind only want pleasure and not all thing we do in a day involve pleasure, aparts the night works :D. Meditation is surely for mind but it hardly connects to daily life.
