SuperSam My parents would always have me goto bed according to my age from grade 7 on however when in high school it was my choice of course, but I think you would know best when your child is tired so stick to your guns and not outside influence.

SuperSam I have never broken a single bone in my body, however I have gotten stitches 16 times....so I don't know if that's better than breaking a bone or not but it is not fun to live at a hospital :)
