i'm a mom of one, a son. and i'd like to know when is the best age to have your child circumcised?

TLCTugger If a minor is to be circumcised, the best time to do it is closer to puberty, as Muslims do. At that time, the skin is most likely already separated from the glans, rather than fused as it is at birth. The procedure in a newborn requires first tearing the skin...
