korean populating philippines

there are so many koreans now in our country, even in universities, korean population are continously raking. why are they coming here? what is the reason?

TRxxxQ They are just attracted by the low living costs and war weather. I have so many Korean friends and the reason why they travel here is that they can learn English the cheapest way and save more money while studying. Anyway, there are some nice Koreans out...
