TYLER1977 I originally started a facebook account to get in touch and find old friends from elementary school high school and college. I now use it for all sorts of things it is very useful in keeping up with family or with my sons youth sports schedule and pictures it...

Does anyone else get sick from drinking too much water?

I know we have to drink like eight cups a day but when I try to chug it to catch up, I get sick. I can't remember to drink it often. What can I do to remind myself or get les sick?

TYLER1977 I love drinking water but my wife does not like it at all. She uses the crystal lite powder drink mixes in her water so she as some flavor but still gets he recommended water every day.
