I cant find a way to enjoy a salad any help plz?

Im trying to eat healthy because if i dont i will stay unwell like i am at the moment. so vegetables are good right but i feel sick if i have boiled vegetables so i want to eat fresh salads. However that makes me feel sick too....

macdingolinger Unlike most, I do not eat dressing on my salads. I try to mix it up regularly. I usually use Romain lettuce since iceburg is tasteless and not of much nutritional value. sometimes I add fresh spinach. I also try to use different things so i don't get bored...
