Sarah M I'm in Canada as well, its freezing cold today and every time I step outside I am reminded how unprepared I am for winter, lol. I was born in California, have lived in Canada for 9 years, but I'm still not used to the cold!

Sarah M I really want to start going for daily walks again, but its freezing outside and I get really anxious about the way I look in public. Anyone else have this problem? What do you guys do to get past the anxious feelings?
