For being more healthy in our day today life what u guyz thing which is more important to be in a proper and hygienic diet or to be regular towards the workout???

Shail It's a myth that eating only once a day or something can get you fit ..one can eat a lot and exercise a lot to get fit but modern lifestyle lets people down ..so lifestyle is one of the most important factors as well
