Exercises or Diet ?

For being more healthy in our day today life what u guyz thing which is more important to be in a proper and hygienic diet or to be regular towards the workout???

For me it is a combination of both . Without the other one it will not take effect much .

Of course a regular diet with regular workout is the best way to be healthy. I never believe that one can keep fit by eating less. Instead, innutrition always comes by your side. So, eat better and exercise more.

Probably both are pretty important. Certainly you need to eat healthy foods but exercise is important too. Welcome to myLot.

I really think that both are equally important. If you only eat rubbish and try and exercise then your body will not be functioning well. It is like putting the wrong fuel into your car before you drive it.

It's a myth that eating only once a day or something can get you fit ..one can eat a lot and exercise a lot to get fit but modern lifestyle lets people down ..so lifestyle is one of the most important factors as well

I personally prefer diet as in today's fast lifestyle I rarely get time for exercise.
