Tige127 Partyhats are very expensive items. I myself have a White one, which are the second most expensive, at around 300 Million Coins or more. I want to get a Blue one (up to 500Mil coins) eventually, I have around 300 million coins so far.

Tige127 I play Runescape. It's a very fun game to play, and you can make new friends on it. There are different combat styles. I am a Meleer level 91, and I have a Tribrid (range, mage and melee) Pure account, which has low defence to keep the Combat level...
