Here they really promote desitin and balmex. But neither ever worked for my daughters. I have found that A&D brand works better for my little ones. It clears up a diaper rash very quickly and doesn't hurt them when its applied.

Tommesa I have four children and a slew of neices and nephews and I swear by FLANDERS BUTTOCKS OINTMENT it is the best I have seen it get rid of a rash in a day try it you will never go back.
