villageanne This is really interesting. It makes perfect sense to me though. We do try to get alot of fiber in our diet. I have never heard that it was good for weight loss though. Thanks for the info

mikeyr6000le It all has to do with your topics, and your tags. The better the tags the more someone will get the chance to see and respond to your topics. I do think being a newbie it might be harder but it does get easier. Just stick with it and good luck.
