computer won't start normal only in safe mode anybody know what the problem is ?

Hi i have my pc and i started it up now it's stuck at a black screen with a white stripe going on and off i can start at safe mode but system repair dosn't do anything i have hade thise 3 days ago also then i installed...

Ummagumma It's most likely a USB peripheral hanging... unplug all your USB cables and try again.
