My height is 5'5 and my weight is 58kg i m not much fat but want to lose some weight. specillay from abs and hip area. Any suggetions?

I am engaged with a guy for four years. Its totally arranged by my parents and i dont know the guy before engagement. After engagement i expect that he talks to me but he didnt and i also dont initiate as i think that man should...
