What's an antonym for 'instantaneously'?

I mean 'instantaneously' as in 'for an infinitely small period of time'. Eg 'when you throw a ball in the air it decelarates untily it is, instantaneously, motionless'.

Vega_donna i think its not favoritism. i think its only consequences of how things are, like if we did something that we are already supposed know wrong. or age. but then again since I am the youngest of 5. I feel like a princess here. they give me anything I want....
