Do you sleep with night lamp on or in complete darkness?

I have seen this differs from person to person. some can't sleep without night lamp. some sleep in complete darkness. how you sleep? I can't sleep without the night lamp. that too not without that brighter yellow shade. But...

VernFin I personally do not own a bed side or night lamp but I will sleep in light or darkness without a problem for the most part I prefer to sleep in darkness.
