Anyone know of a free use PC scan to make a computer run faster?

I have checked out a few products that make the computer run faster after the free scan but then you have to pay for it later. Is there any products online that scan your PC for free where you don't have to pay to fix the errors?...

I prefer photoshop because i am used to it and have never tried GIMP, but i have herd a lot of good things about gimp. What you people prefer as your photo editing software?

Vicrep GIMP stands for GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is pretty similar to photoshop, except it's free, and open source. See my post above for the difference about them... And BTW, I think picasa is more if a picture organizing and basic editing software, while...
