Which oil is healthy for cooking?

Hi guys, Can you suggest any good and healthy oil to prepare our food on a daily basis? and which one is very healthy and effective?

WebMann We now use Olive Oil for our oil, most of the time. The only time we don't use Olive Oil is if we are creating something that we don't want the taste to come through so we will go with veg oil instead.

WebMann I like to write a response to each comment on the discussions I start but most times there are a couple that are just a waste of time. If they don't add to the discussion they don't get a comment. I can't be bothered if they can't be bothered.

WebMann Yeah I have had a few of my blog accounts hacked. They are a pain in the behind. It would be nice to be able to catch people like that and make them pay for their crimes.
