Swimming is a best exercise

I think swimming is the best exercise amongst all the sports. It accelerates all the parts of our body at the same time. The person takes it a regular habit will not fall into any disease easily. The children gains their height...

Wickedfrost I dont really push myself to the limit, I go swimming every Sunday to train up my stamina.
