Everyone seems to know they can ask for anything and I will do or give them what they want..I interiorize everything and so rather than hurt someone's feelings I dont say "no" so what do I do?

Writermom I am very similar. I put everyone else before myself. I actually feel guilty for saying no to someone else. The older I get the easier it is to say no. Now that I have a son my first commitment is to him so it is easier to say no to others.
