A unidentified hispanic male seen by a neighbor breaking into a nearby home. The neighbor, an older gentlemen, approximately in his 60's decides to go over there and attempt to hold this unidentified male until police arrive....

WritingWreck I absolutely agree with you rebecca. I was not taking a stance one way or the other, just merely bringing some potential factors that may sway a decision regarding justice into own hands. Far too many rights too criminals and I dont know if I would have done...
